Skilled Nominated visa – Subclass 190
This visa requires nomination by an Australian state or territory government, is points-tested, and grants permanent residency. Each state or territory selects the best candidates based on their specific occupational needs. For some occupations listed on the STSOL, General Skilled Migration is only possible if supported by a state or territory nomination. Applicants must first submit an EOI, be nominated by a State or Territory government agency and receive an invitation to apply for the visa.
